The DA IT Support Desk offers full service information technology support for Wisconsin District Attorneys and their staff, including toll free help desk support at 1-877-815-HELP (4357).
Friendly and knowledgeable help desk professionals are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM to answer questions about hardware, network, and software including PROTECT.
All calls are logged and tracked for optimal resolution and history tracking and analysis. Network technicians are on hand for especially tough problems and analyst are available to answer questions about procedure, policy and best practices.
DA IT customers are encouraed to contact the help desk first with any question they may have, to ensure it's properly documented. Calls are escalated to others on the DA IT team as needed.
